How to judge vector quality before you download (a 60-second checklist)
Zoom, wireframe, node counts and the loupe: five quick checks that separate a clean vector from a messy trace.
- Zoom to 1600 % or more on a curve: is it one smooth arc or a chain of kinks?
- Open Wireframe: are corners single anchor points, and curves few, long segments?
- Hover with the Loupe: do the vector edges sit exactly where the original pixels change?
- Read the statistics: a simple logo should have tens of nodes per shape, not thousands.
- Check the palette: only the colours that are really in the artwork, gradients as gradients.
Curvora shows all five without downloading anything, which is why the preview is free. If a check fails, the sliders for Detail, Smoothing, Corner preservation and Path simplification re-render the real output as you drag.
